Plant Delivery Details
Once you receive your order please check the plants immediately to make sure they meet your expectations. Our plants will be despatched to you in good condition and free from pests and diseases, but if you do have any concerns with your order, please write to us within seven days and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

The cost of postage and packaging is based on the value of the order:

These P&P costs are independent of other items ordered through this website.
If you are unsure about postage and packaging or have an order which is either for a large number of items, or particularly heavy, then give us a call and we’ll help to find the best way to get your new plants to you.
Only orders to the mainland will be processed through the website. Please contact us to discuss delivery to other UK locations.
Of course if you are local to our nursery in East Sussex we can always arrange for you to collect your order - call for details.
